REGISTRATION
Fill in the registration form found below. Please make sure to include your Grade (K-12), T-Shirt Size: Youth Sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL) or Adult Sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL), and let us know if you have a friend that you want on your team. If you would like to make an online donation, follow this link. ​ A $15 fee is required to play, which can be paid online or at registration on the day of the event. The fee helps to offset the cost of the t-shirts and tournament expenses. Any other donations are also greatly appreciated. Thank you!
