The Kick It! For JDRF Committee in Action

Jake was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes when he was four years old and if you've seen him on the soccer field, you know it has not slowed him down one bit. He created Kick It! For JDRF in 2013, along with the help of his sister, family and friends, to combine his passion for playing soccer with his passion for finding a cure for diabetes.
